Corona Fund to support companies in managing their customer relationships

BRUSSELS 19/01/21 –Efficy, the European CRM specialist with its headquarters in Brussels has setup a fund of 1.000.000 euros to assist companies in the BeNeLux and France. This fund will support companies when implementing the Efficy CRM solution in order to not delay their digital transformation projects because of the challenging times of COVID.

COVID has for many companies put on the breaks for several digital transformation projects. This includes CRM projects, which is contradictory, since the corona crisis has taught us that a CRM solution is crucial for companies to manage their contacts, customer relations and projects, especially when working remotely.

Now that digital transformation is moving at an exponential pace, a lot of companies are withheld to catch up because of a lack of budget and uncertainty.  To make sure that certain companies are not limited to roll-out their CRM project, Efficy has setup a 1.000.000 euros fund to support companies in the BeNeLux and France to implement one of the Efficy CRM solutions.

“Being finalist as ‘Company of the Year’ in Belgium (L’entreprise de l’année, Award organised by EY) and with an annual growth rate of 42% on average, we are proving to be a financially stable and sustainable company. That is why we now feel called upon to help other companies during this crisis,” explains Cédric Pierrard, CEO of the Efficy Group.

‘We care’, one of Efficy’s values

One of the 3 core values of Efficy is ‘We care’. Efficy cares about its employees, its customers and its soon to be customers. ‘The fund is for our prospects that need that final push to make the decision to implement the Efficy CRM solution. It would be a shame if a company could not jump on the train of digital transformation while we could help them’, emphasises Pierrard the idea behind the fund.

Tailor made solution

Just as the Efficy CRM solutions, the fund is tailor made to the needs of project and bound to the terms and conditions of use. It might be that the company requires extra training, or financial support for the implementation. The fund allocation will be discussed case by case with the Efficy account manager.

Companies who are in the decision stage to implement the Efficy CRM solution can apply with their account manager, or if not in contact with Efficy yet, can fill in the form on the following page: https://www.efficy.com/campaings/2021-1-million-fund/. All entries will be contacted personally by one of the Efficy account managers.
