Brussels, 9 January 2020 – The Efficy Group, the European publisher of Customer Relationship Management solutions, is structuring its Administration & Finance department and appoints Dimitri Lhoste as CFO.
Dimitri Lhoste is 37 years old and has more than 12 years of experience as a company auditor (now prevented from carrying out audit assignments) at BDO. He is also a member of various boards of directors or audit committees, including the college of censors of the National Bank of Belgium.
He is now joining the ranks of Efficy to strengthen the group’s finance department with to continue its development. Over the last five years, the publisher has posted a compound annual growth rate of 45%.
“On my arrival, I was impressed by Efficy’s dynamism and potential. My challenge is to help the group structure itself for the years to come. Therefore, my first projects will be to finalise the financial and operational integrations started in 2018 with E-DEAL in France and at the end of 2019 with SumaCRM in Spain. I am also going to look into strengthening the financial performance indicators and reviewing the 2019 financial statements“, says Dimitri Lhoste.
CFO, a structuring role for the Efficy Group
The ambition of the Efficy Group is based on this formula 53. In 5 years, to become 5 times bigger and represent 5% of the CRM market share in Europe. This objective will be achieved through organic and external growth.

His recruitment will strengthen the group and prepare us to absorb the numerous acquisitions to come in Europe.
